But what actually happens when you sign up with Glass Creative?

Below is a breakdown of my complete 3 stage onboarding process, all designed to keep you informed and involved through every step.


1️⃣ Stage one

The first week of your contract starts with a discovery call (if we haven’t already done so).


In this call, we’ll discuss where your email marketing currently stands. I’ll ask questions like:


  • Have you had any success with sending marketing emails before?

  • If so, what was successful for you?

  • What about automation? Do you have a welcome flow for new subscribers? What about abandoned baskets?

  • Who do you want to target over the next 6 months?


From here, we then take some time to analyse your current position, develop a content strategy and begin to plan any relevant templates and automations.


2️⃣ Stage two

In stage two, we move from strategy to action. This stage can take anywhere from a week to a month or more, depending on decisions made previously.


This time is spent creating automations, designing emails for each stage of the automation flow, and developing any reusable campaign templates.


If external partners are involved in this project, this is the time where they would complete their work. This may include anything from embedding a sign up form on your existing website, to developing new brand guidelines, and even conducting photoshoots to support campaign strategies.


3️⃣ Stage three

Stage three is where our partnership begins to flourish. Our team and network of partners work as an extension of your team, ensuring we continue our focus on your goals.


Weekly campaigns begin sending, and automations are continually optimised based on analytics gathered from every send.


We regularly catch up to ensure goals and targets are being met, and adjust content plans accordingly.
